We, Freedom Debt Management, (“we”) use public and nonpublic personal information about our customers (“you”) provided to us or collected by us in connection with the conduct of our business and providing services to our customers. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Notice in our sole and absolute discretion. Any changes to this Privacy Notice will apply to you only with respect to that nonpublic personal information collected about you after the effective date of such amendment.

“Nonpublic personal information” as used in this Privacy Notice means any personally identifiable information about you (including, without limitation, information that we receive from any application or other electronic or other form, such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, social security number, assets, liabilities, account balances, payment history, names of creditors, and your use of credit) that: (a) is provided to us by you, (b) is otherwise obtained by us about you, or (c) results from a transaction involving you, that is not publicly available. Any such information that becomes available to the public through no violation of this Privacy Notice shall no longer be construed as “nonpublic personal information” hereunder.
